campaign announced he will come back into the ohio and pennsylvania tomorrow for one last push on election day. >> aside from electing a president, maryland voters will also have to decide on seven ballot referendum questions, among them, question 6, which decides whether to uphold a new state law legalizing same-sex marriage. some oppose the ballot question, seeing it as a marriage -- and has a moral issue. >> we have to remove the discrimination in our society. >> churches are protecting from forming any question that violates their faith. maryland would be the first country to approve a marriage at the polls. the question also appears at the ballot in three other states. there is also a question of

expanding gambling in the state. >> if questions 7 bills tomorrow, we will respect the people's voice and go home. we will not invest $800 million. we will not employ those people. we will respectfully it leave the state. >> if it passes, cable games like blackjack and poker would be played in all maryland casinos. the question also lets voters decide on a sixth casino in prince george's county. opponents -- supporters say it would add money to the trust fund for schools. another hot button issue is the dream act, question 4. this allows in the state tuition for illegal immigrants, provided they attended three years in a maryland high school, and their parent or guardian file taxes in the state.

opponents say it will cost millions of dollars a year for the state, and do not think it is fair to people who have worked hard to become legal citizens. >> people across the state are making last-minute preparations for voters. the 227 polling places are ready for voters. in baltimore city, election officials say that voters should expect long lines and prepare in advance to keep the wait times down. officials say there is nothing for registered voters to fear, heading to their voting precincts. >> will have to verify their name, address, and month end date of birth. maryland does not have an idea, -- an ideologue. >> we will have lines. we just encourage voters to read their sample ballot, market, and bring it with them. when they get there, it will not take long in the voting machine. >> for the thousands having to the polls tomorrow, maryland voters will help jews who will

represent the state in congress -- will help to choose who will represent the state in congress. >> here is what you need to know. >> one maryland voters had to their polls, they will cast ballots for president, representatives in washington, and decide several ballot questions. a serious challenge from democrat john delaney, who has been endorsed by former president bill clinton. andy harris is running for reelection virtually unopposed. his challengers include a libertarian, and a right- intended but supported by the democratic party. that race and others, made more interesting the cycle because the district have been redrawn. the congressional map itself is on the ballot. it is question north five. other key questions are emotionally charged. number four, the dream act. merrill lenders have the choice to vote for or against a new measure that makes some illegal immigrants eligible for in-state college tuition. question north six is on gay marriage, -- question number 6 is on a marriage. with a ballot question number 7, voters will also decide if they

which should keep it dry through the day tomorrow. tomorrow night, low pressure in arkansas will turn down into the gulf, and then, along the eastern seaboard. it is taking the long route, down to florida and along the carolina coast. expect it to be just to our east on wednesday. the question is, how close to the coast will it be? it could run out to sea and miss us altogether. that is still a possibility on wednesday. it looks like most of the strongest impact will be around ocean city. no problems with election day. temperatures will be chilly. on the bay, the wind will start out like, and gradually increase. in the afternoon hours, one to 2 foot waves. the storm on the cost will be further away. you get some sunshine on wednesday before some flurries in the afternoon and evening, but only a 20% chance.

closer to the coast, closer to the storm, and precipitation chances go up to 60%. there could be what's know as well. gusts to 55 mph, right on the beach, with the storm moving off the coast on wednesday. you will see the storm coming of the killer -- the carolina outer banks tomorrow night, throwing the moisture back into the cold air, where it could mix into snow in the afternoon and evening, before it heads for new england on thursday. on that track, the potential for gusty winds. a high wind watch is in effect for the eastern shore on wednesday. the wins will be 30 mph, eastern shore to the coast, with higher wind gusts of sure. the potential for a couple of inches of rain. a 3 inch rainfall possible, and 5 inches around the eastern shore. if it works in perfectly, some rain could mix with snow. the potential is there.

the ground is warm, so most would melt on contact. it depends where the storm whines up on wednesday. the storm gets out thursday morning. then, a warming trend.
